Shipping Policy
For order placement, You will have to provide the correct billing and shipping, we cannot take any responsibility for incorrect billing and shipping addresses
On placing the order, we will ship the order between 2-10 business days, depending on the location of the delivery. But sometimes shipping schedules can be delayed due to uncontrollable factors beyond the scope of the company.
Orders will be delivered by our delivery partners to your location. The delivery could be delayed if your location is not within the reach of our delivery partner.
You will have to sign the receipt of delivery on receiving the order. That wil be the proof of receving the delivery. We do not take any responsibility of damages in the product after the package is opened.
If you have any compliants regarding the product after receiving the delivery, you are required to get in touch with us through the Contact Us page within 2 days of the receipt of the delivery, mentioning the order details and delivery receipt details. No complaints will be considered post the 2 days timeline.
To place an order, you will need to fill in the required billing and shipping information and to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative.
Shipping Methods & Charges
We do not have facility of cash on delivery. All products will be prepaid on the website.
