Return and Refund Policy
SUNDER INDUSTRIES believes in helping its customers as far as possible.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been already shipped.
Non Applicability of return/refund
If the product received by you is signed from your end and as per original order, without any defect , then no refund or exchange will be done.
Applicable return/refund conditions
If the product delivered is damaged or not as per the order, customer can put a request for a refund/return .
To be eligible for a return/refund, item must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The request for refund/return should be put to our Customer Care team within 2 days of the receipt of the products. Customer will have to provide the original bill copy, images of the products and the reason for return/refund request.
Our Customer Care team after looking into customer request will take an appropriate decision. Depending on the decision, in case of refund, after we receive the product, we will provide the refund within 3 working days & it may take upto 7-10 working days to reflect into customers’ original source account depending on the mode of payment.
